Flax seeds are now-a-days talked as super foods, may be for the following reasons-

1) flax seeds are rich in fibre, aids in digestion and prevents constipation.

2) It is said ti aid in weight loss.

3) they're good in regulating estrogen in women and maintain hormone balance.

4) they also help in menopausal symptoms and PMS syndrome.

These seeds can be sprinkled on salads, can be powdered and used in desserts, cutlets, and it is also used in making ladoos for women after delivery ! \So, its use is highly beneficial to health, use your imagination to use it as much as possible in some form in your daily diet.
