HOW TO STORE MANGO PULP



INGREDIENTS

Mango pulp 750 gm

Sugar 250 gm ( more if mango is not that sweet)

Citric acid 5 gm

Potassium meta-bisulphate a pinch


METHOD

Sieve the mango pulp, add sugar, mix well, add citric acid, mix well, sterilize bottle and lid well, then before storing, add potassium meta-bisulphate, mix well and store in the fridge/ freezer.
