INGREDIENTS
Raw papaya grated 1 cup
Carrot grated ½ cup
Cucumber grated ¼ cup
fresh curd 1 cup
salt and pepper pdr to taste
sugar 1 tsp
coriander leaves 2 tsp finely chopped
coconut ground with chili to taste 2 tbsp
METHOD
apply salt to papaya, carrot and cucumber, keep aside for 15 minutes.

Squeeze out well all the water
Mix with curd, add seasonings, half of the coriander leaves and rest of the ingredients.
Serve garnish with remaining coriander leaves , serve with
pulao/ stuffed parantha
