DELICATE SANDAL FLAVOURED KABAB



INGREDIENTS
Paneer  250 gm
Hung curd 250 gm
Roasted Jeera pdr.1 tsp 
Cloves 2-3 roasted and crushed
Pepper powder  1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee 1 tsp
sandalwood powder 2 tsp

METHOD
in a pan fry lightly paneer for 3-4 minutes, so it becomes dry
Cool paneer, add hung curd, the crushed powder, salt
Heat ghee, add sandalwood powder, add to paneer mixture, mix well
Heat oil in pan, to shallow fry, make kababs, lightly fry on both sides, serve hot with green chutney.
