PINEAPPLE JAMUN



INGREDIENTS
Maida/ all purpose flour  ½ cup
Milk pdr.  1 cup
Soda-bicarb a pinch
Ghee 1 tsp
Water to mix
Oil for frying
Pineapple syrup  1 cup ( warm, adding wee bit of water to immerse jamuns)
Nuts chopped 1 tbsp

METHOD
Sieve maida, milk powder, soda together, mix ghee, rub well, sprinkle water and prepare a soft dough. Knead gently to soft dough. Make small balls, fry in medium hot oil. Fry to golden brown, drain and immerse in warm pineapple syrup. Serve with nuts on top, once well soaked in syrup.
