CHOCOLATE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

Butter 70 gm

Castor sugar 50 gm

Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

Maida/ all purpose flour 90 gm

Drinking chocolate 1 tbsp

Cocoa pdr. 1 tbsp

Milk pdr. 3 tbsp

Baking pdr. 1 tsp

Milk little as needed

METHOD

Beat sugar and butter well, add the dry ingredients, mix well along with essence, add little milk, with your hand make dough, take small portion of the dough, roll, flatten little, put a nut on top and bake at 180 deg. C for 12-15 minutes or till done.
