Preparation
Heat 3 tablespoon of ghee in a non-stick
pan, add 1 cup of sooji/rava and reduce the flame to low. Now stir it
continuously until the sooji colour change to light brown, add nuts while roasting, once light brown,

Now take sugar equal quantity to sooji.
Add sugar and mix well on a low flame.
Add 2 cup of water and increase the
flame to medium and stir it continuously until water get completely
evaporated. In place of water you can use half water and half milk.
Add pineapple juice and chironji and
mix it.
Turn off the flame and transfer it to a
serving bowl. Garnish with finely chopped almond and chopped pineapple.
You can garnish with some other dry fruit.
