Peel the kiwis. Cut them in half and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh.
Get rid of the small black seeds and using a blender, blend the fruit pieces into a pulp.
Separate the egg whites from the yolk.
Mix the egg yolks and the sugar in a saucepan.
Add the kiwi pulp and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Whisk the egg whites until it forms stiff peaks.
Take the saucepan off the stove and carefully add the whisked egg whites to the kiwi mixture.
Put the mixture into four glasses and place it in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
Serve it chilled.
