Ingredients for Strawberry Ice
Cream:
Coconut milk - 1 can
Maple syrup - 1 tbsp. (
Strawberries - 2 cups (frozen)
Method of preparing the Strawberry Ice Cream:
Put the can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
The next day,
open the can and separate the liquid and the thicker cream.
Transfer the cream to a food processor, and add the maple syrup and
strawberries.
Blend until the mixture is smooth. Serve immediately or
freeze for 4 hours if you want a harder consistency.
Chef's Tip:
Add some strawberry chunks for texture and flavor.
