Green Mango Modak

Preparations

Take a kadai on the flame, pour the ghee, add rava (semolina) coconut (paste), and sesame seeds, and fry it properly.
Then add mango pulp, condensed milk and sugar, and stir it continuously.
When the mixture is thickened add khoya kheer, green food colour and chopped aamsottyo, mix it well and switch off the flame. Cool it upto room temperature.
Take some mixture, stuffed with dry fruits (almonds, raisins ), give the mixture towards modak shape using moulds and GREEN MANGO MODAK is ready to serve.
