Ingredients for Mango Delight Ice Cream:
Greek Yogurt - 3/4 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Mango - 2 1/2 cups (fresh, diced)
Method of preparing the Mango Delight Ice Cream:
Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. You can eat it as
it is if you use frozen mango, or freeze for about 4 hours.
Chef's Tip:
You can pour the mixture into Popsicle molds too, or enjoy it unfrozen
as a morning smoothie.
