Ingredients for Peach Ice
Cream:
Coconut cream - 1/3 cup
Honey - 2 tbsp. (or maple)
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Peaches - 2 cups (frozen, diced)
Method of preparing the Peach Ice Cream:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, then transfer to a food
processor and blend until smooth. Move to a container and freeze for 4
hours.
Chef's Tip:
You can pour the mixture into Popsicle molds too, or enjoy it unfrozen
as a morning smoothie.
