MANGO CUSTARD



INGREDIENTS
mango pulp   1/2 cup
water    1/4 cup
sugar 2-3 tbsp
milk  1/2 cup
gelatin 1 tsp mixed in little water

METHOD
heat mango pulp with water, and sugar, once sugar dissolves, add milk, keep stirring, add gelatin mixed in water, off gas.
cool, keep in the fridge to set, then cut into desired shape and serve plain or with some ice-cream / cake.
