POTATO ROTI



INGREDIENTS
Atta / whole wheat flour ½- ¾ cup
Boiled and mashed potato 1 ¼ cups
Coriander leaves chopped ¼ cup
Green chilies paste to taste or finely chopped
Salt to taste

METHOD
Mix potato with seasoning well, add coriander leaves
Add flour little by little to make a soft dough, do not add any water
If need be add little oil.
Roll out small portions of the dough to make small rotis, slightly thick, spread some kalonji , press down with your fingers, cook on medium hot tawa with little oil / ghee on both sides till brown.
Serve hot with mixed-vegetable raita and pickle to complete the meal.
