PIZZA ROLL



INGREDIENTS
for dough
yeast   1 1/2 tap
sugar   1 tbsp
warm water   1/3 tbsp
all purpose flour   1 3/4 cup
salt 1 tsp
garlic pdr  1 tsp
oregano  1 tsp
water as needed
oil 2 tbsp
for topping
pizza sauce as needed
onion chopped  2-3 tbsp
tomato chopped 3 tbsp
green chili chopped 1 tsp or to taste
capsicum  3 tbsp
olives green and black chopped 3 tbsp
processed cheese & mozzarella cheese grated  50 gm each or more

METHOD
mix yeast, sugar and warm water, keep aside to prove for 10-15 minutes
mix together maida/ flour, salt, garlic pdr., oregano, mix well
add yeast mixture, mix well, add more water as needed to knead to a soft dough
apply oil, knead well for 10 minutes, cover and keep aside to double in size.
once dough rises, punch and knead well again.
take small portion of the dough, roll into rectangular shape , neither too thick nor too thin
spread pizza sauce, put the chopped veges, green chili or jalapeno, olives, then cheese
start rolling from the long side to a tight roll, cut into 1" rounds or little bigger
keep on a greased tray, bake in pre-heated oven at 200 deg. C for 20 minutes or till light brown.
