Ingredients
Radish diced 2 cups bean sprouts 1 cup oil 3 tbsp garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Peanuts roasted ¼ cup chili pdr 1tsp brown sugar 1 tbsp
Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp soya sauce 2 tbsp salt to taste
Method
Heat oil & saute garlic till it is golden brown. Add radish, peanuts, chili pdr, brown sugar, soya sauce, tamrind pulp & salt. Stir fry till almost done. Add bean sprouts. Mix well & serve hot.
