Chocolate ice-cream

Ingredients
milkmaid 3/4 tin     cold milk 1 1/2 cup       cream 11/2 cup               cocoa pdr 3 tbsp

method
1) combine milkmaid, milk & cocoa pdr.
2) Whip cream lightly & add to above mixture.
3) Pour mixture into a freezing tray & freeze till half set.
4) Remove  from freezer & beat until smooth.
5) Freeze until firm.

For butterscotch Ice cream
add 1 cup butterscotch essence & a few drops of yellow food color instead of  cocoa pdr.
