GUR SANDESH



INGREDIENTS
Grated gur 25 gm
Paneer grated 200gm
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Cardamom pdr. ¼ tsp
Nuts chopped for decoration

METHOD
Mix together gur, paneer, icing sugar well.
Put the mixture in a non-stick pan and cook on low flame till the moisture evaporates.
Switch off the gas, keep stirring for some more time adding cardamom pdr.
Refrigerate for roughly 30 minutes.
Shape as you desire, make a small depression on top, put some nuts on top.
