Ingredients
chickpeas 2 cans
garlic clove 1peeled
raw sesame seeds 1/4 cup
olive oil 1 tbsp
lime juice 1/4 cup
cumin 1 tsp
sea salt to taste
Preparations
Drain and rinse chickpeas can, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Add more water or olive oil to get the desired consistency.
For best results, drizzle with olive oil when storing.
