Instructions:
Heat a teaspoon of ghee in a pan.
Add grated coconut and sauté for a few minutes. ( 1 cup)
Melt jaggery in a separate pan with a splash of water. ( 3/4 cup)
Strain the jaggery syrup into the coconut.
Mix well and cook until the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom and roll into small ladoos.
