Dates Stuffed with Walnuts and Cream Cheese

Ingredients for Stuffed Dates:  
 
Pitted dates - 16 (Medjool dates work great) 
 
Cream cheese - 1/4 cup (softened) 
 
Walnuts - 8 (halved) 
 Dates Stuffed with Walnuts and Cream Cheese
 
Method of preparing
 
Cut a small opening in the middle of each pitted date, then open them with your hands and fill them with cream cheese using a teaspoon or a piping bag. Press a walnut half into each cheese-filled date. Enjoy fresh! 
 
 Chef's Tip: For a dairy-free version, simply skip the cream.

My tip- you don't have cream cheese, you can either add some sugar to paneer, knead well, keep it in fridge, then stuff, or if you've sweetened khoya ( thickened sweet milk) that will also be yummy !
