spread veges, made with onion, tomato, potato, beans, carrot, capsicum, green chili and little turmeric pdr and chili pdr, salt
cheese slices on top pf veges on bread
covered with a lid, so that cheese can melt.
My bread pizza was ready to eat. I really enjoyed it for my dinner last night, hot pizzas !
Mint chutney
mint leaves 1 bunch, leaves separated
green chili 1
carom seeds 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
onion 1 medium size
garlic pearls 2 chopped
lime juice of 1 lime or from the bottle as per taste
grind without adding any water, then it can be stored for long in the fridge.
This chutney goes well with bread toast, samosa, vada, idli, dosai.
For making pizza
heat the tava , put bread slices, once the down part is hot, turn and spread butter as per your taste.
on the buttered side spread mint chutney instead of tomato sauce or if you want tomato sauce and have it spread it.
then spread whatever veges you've or make what you love. then I put an ordinary cheese slice on top, cover it, so that it will help the cheese to melt. For the whole process, the gas should be on low flame only.
