Fox nuts/ makhana 80 gm
Roast well for 2 minutes till crunchy, cool
Powder it well
Add milk pdr 5 tbsp
Cardamom pdr ½ tsp mix well
Sugar 1 cup, water 230 ml boil
One string consistency syrup
Add the mixed pdr, mix gently
Cook for 2-3 minutes, till it comes off the sides of the pan
Spread on a greased plate to set in room temperature
Press nuts on top and , cut and serve
