Ingredients
Japanese green tea - 8 cups (brewed)
Cucumbers - 1/2 cup (peeled, seeded, and pureed)
Fresh mint leaves - 1/4 cup (muddled and finely chopped)
Lime juice - 1/4 cup (from 2 large limes) (freshly squeezed)
Method of preparing the Tea:
In a large pitcher, combine the green tea, cucumber puree, mint
leaves, and lime juice. Stir well.
Cover the pitcher chill the mixture
for several hours.
Now strain the mint and cucumber.
Add simple syrup or another tea
sweetener to sweeten if desired.
Add ice to each glass. Garnish the rim with sliced cucumbers if
desired.
