Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, still many people skip it, either due to lack of time or energy to make it yourself. Here, is a simple recipe that you can easily make, it is healthy and simple.
Ingredients
Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Peanut butter 1/2 cup ( who are allergic to peanuts, may use Nutella or jam or pickle gravy )
wrap / roti 1-2
banana sliced 1
nuts finely chopped 2 tbsp
in case you're using pickle, then you can chop a tomato, cucumber after removing the seeds
Method
mix well Greek yogurt and peanut butter or whatever you're using well.
then spread on the centre of the wrap / roti
then if using peanut butter, then you can add a banana, sprinkle nuts
roll it tight, then fold the edges inward, wrap in aluminum foil.
In case you're using pickle, then mix well with yogurt, spread in the centre of the wrap or roti, then spread chopped nuts, slices of tomato and cucumber, remove the seeds, so it won't become soggy.
