Fruits with Greek Yogurt- no cooking, but healthy

If you want to have a light but healthy breakfast, another simple option, no cooking.

Ingredients
Greek yogurt  1/2 cup
fruits- berries/ banana/ apple/ orange/ pineapple or a mixture of fruits  1/2 cup
nuts chopped 2 tbsp

Method
in an airtight container, add 1/2 of yogurt, then spread fruits, add rest of the yogurt, sprinkle nuts, cover tight. All you need is a spoon along to eat.
It has protein, vitamins, minerals, probiotic, fibre, a healthy breakfast.
