AMLA/ GOOSEBERRY DELIGHT

khoya    500 gm
powdered sugar  250 gm


For filling

grated amla, cooked with 2 tbsp of sugar  1 cup
sugar candy  3 tbsp
desiccated coconut   1/4 cup

few almonds finely sliced for decoration.

Method

Mix khoya, sugar well.
Mix the filling ingredients.
Take a lemon-sized portion of the khoya mixture, flatten it on your palm, place 1 tsp of the filling in the middle & roll it well. Press lightly. Roll it in desiccated coconut & garnish with sliced almonds.
