STIR FRY VERMICELLI WITH BEANS

INGREDIENTS

oil   2 tbsp
sesame seeds   1 tbsp
onions sliced   1/2 cup
green chillies cut  2
beans chopped 1"long   1/2 cup
carrot chopped 1"long   1/2 cup
garlic crushed   1/2 tsp
ginger crushed   1/2 tsp
soya sauce   2 tbsp
brown vinegar   2 tbsp
sugar  1 tsp
salt to taste
boiled rice vermicelli   2 cups
coriander leaves chopped   1/4 cup

METHOD'
heat oil in  a wok.
roast sesame seeds, add onion & chillies, sauté till light brown.
add beans, carrot, sauté, mix & cover for 3-5 minutes to cook it.
add garlic, ginger & salt, mix & sauté till the vegetables are cooked but crisp.
add the sauce, vinegar, sugar, mix well. 
add vermicelli, stir well till the sauce coats vermicelli well.
sprinkle coriander leaves & serve.
