CAULIFLOWER & PEAS IN BLACK SPICES

INGREDIENTS
cauliflower diced   3 cups
green peas boiled  1 cup
oil   3 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
green chillies finely chopped  1 tsp
salt to taste
fresh coriander leaves   1/4 cup

for black masala
black salt pdr  1 tsp
cumin pdr 1 tsp
dry mango pdr  1 tbsp
black pepper pdr   1/4 tsp
asafetida  1/3 ts[

METHOD

heat a wok, when hot, add oil & cumin.
when brown, add chillies after few seconds, add cauliflower, stir fry.
add salt, cover to cook.
cook until done, but veges are crisp, add the peas.
prepare a mixture of the black masala & sprinkle over the vegetables, mix well.
garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot with roti.
