Tomato halwa

Ingredients
tomato paste  1 cup without adding water ( blend it well)
sugar 3/4 cup or to taste
lemon juice 2 tbsp
corn flour  1 tbsp mixed well in 3 tbsp water
paneer/ cottage cheese 1/2 cup crumbled
nuts and raisins as preferred roasted in little ghee
cardamom pdr.  1/2 tsp

Method
heat a heavy pan/ kadai with tomato paste  and sugar, stir well on a low flame till it thickens slightly
now add the well mixed corn flour mixture and lemon juice, mix well till it thickens, add the crumbled paneer, stir for another minute or two well adding half of the nuts and raisins, cardamom pdr. mix well, remove, garnish with rest of the nuts and raisins, serve hot/ cold
You may add some condensed milk to get a better flavour, then you can reduce the amount of sugar, or else add only condensed milk as per taste.
