Onion sabzi

Ingredients
onion cut into quarters  2
spring onion cut 2-3 big
red chili pdr. and salt to taste
coriander pdr. 1 tsp
saunf  1 tsp
amchur pdr.  1/2 tsp
oil  2 tsp

Method
mix together all the seasonings and keep aside
heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the masala mixture and fry for a minute
then add the onions, cook on low flame stirring often till onion gets lightly browned
serve hot garnishing with some finely chopped coriander leaves, serve with roti/ rice/ bread
