Ingredients and Prep
green whole moong 1/2 cup
chana dal 1/4 cup
raw peanuts 1/4 cup
rice 1/4 cup
moong dal 1/4 cup
wash and soak them for a couple of hours,
drain and grind adding little water to a thick batter, like for idli.
heat a tawa,smear oil all over, spread the batter into thin dosa
cook on medium flame
you may spread some chutney made with onion, tomatoes, red chilies, coriander leaves, peanuts, jeera, hing along with some potato sabzi like for masala dosa and serve hot
healthy, protein rich gluten free breakfast, that will keep hunger pangs away for a long time.
