NO grind Veg Dosa

 Ingredients and Prep

rice flour 1 cup, add  1 cup water, mix well, add 1 more cup water mix well, no lumps should be there

jeera 1/2 tsp

onion 1 small finely chopped

capsicum chopped 2 tbsp ( optional)

tomato 1 small finely chopped

green chili finely chopped 1

curry leaves finely chopped 1 tsp

coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp

oil to cook 

salt to taste

After mixing rice flour with water, add salt and rest of the ingredients except salt, mix well.

Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

Heat a tawa, smear oil well, instead of putting a big ladle of batter and spreading like dosa, 

pour the batter from little high spreading around, there may be small holes, spread the batter all around the tawa, in case of holes pour little batter, cook on medium flame

after 2-3 minutes, flip over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, serve hot with coconut/ onion/ tomato chutney.
