Left-over rice chilla

 Ingredients and Prep

leftover rice 1 cup

besan 2 tbsp

suji 1 tbsp

mix well the above ingredients smashing rice well with enough water to make a semi thick batter

add salt to taste

onion 1 finely chopped

green chilies finely chopped as per taste

coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

ajwain 1/2 tsp

hing little 

jeera pdr 1/2 tsp

turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp

carrots finely grated  2 tbsp

drumstick leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp

mix all well, the batter should be pouring consistency

heat a tawa, once hot, smear oil

spread the batter evenly all around, cook on medium flame till crisp, then flip over adding little oil if necessary till crisp

serve hot chillas with coconut/ mint/ tomato chutney.
