INGREDIENTS
1-2 green chilies
8-10 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sesame seeds
½ tsp peppercorns
1 tsp saunf
1 tsp jeera
Make a coarse powder of these items
Put the mixture in a .big bowl
Wash and grate 2-3 big radish, add to the powdered mixture, add coriander leaves.
2 tbsp besan
¼ cup rice flour
Salt to taste mix together everything. If need be add more 1-2 tbsp besan, it shouldn't be sticky, add little rice flour too if need be
Shallow fry, serve hot with chutney/ ketchup.
