my lunch today, spinach dal roti with paneer burji
roti being cooked on tawa
cooked roti with little ghee
kneaded atta, rolled into roti
this is the base- onion, tomatoes, capsicum cooked with just salt and little oil in jeera and last added little garam masala
my paneer . cottage cheese burji
atta mixed with spinach mixture with little salt to a smooth dough without adding any water, last knead with little oil, cover and keep
spinach and dal cooked which was leftover
