The recipe is same as traditional 7
cup cake wherein I used 1 cup besan, 1 cup, Almond powder ( peeled,
dried n powdered ), 1 cup cashew powder, 1 cup milk, 1 cup ghee, 2.5 to 3
cups Sugar.
First, Boil milk n sugar till the sugar is completely dissolved. Switch off the stove.
Now add the nuts powder, slightly roasted besan. Mix well, so that it is completely lump free.
Add the melted ghee, mix well.
Now switch on the stove n keep stirring in low to medium flame, till the mixture thickens and starts to leave the pan.
Switch off and pour the mixture into a greased tray and allow it to cool.
Cut into any desired shape.
