Ingredients
1/4 Cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp lemon rind
2 Red chilies
2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
1 tbsp olive oil
150 gm summer squash (zucchini)
salt and black pepper pdr to taste
basil leaves
Instructions
1. Crush the 2 cloves of garlic.
2.Now, in a bowl add the white balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, lemon
rind, red chilies and olive oil. Add the crushed garlic along with salt and freshly crushed black pepper. Mix to combine.
3.Add the thinly sliced summer squash to the mixture and toss to coat.
4.Keep aside and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
5.Place the marinated summer squash on a serving plate and garnish with the baby basil leaves.
