Ingredients and Prep
Water 170ml add to a pan,
add 75 gm butter let butter melt and water starts boiling
Add instant oats 90 gm and mix well, keep smashing the oats well and it should get thick
Remove cool well
beat 2 eggs well, mix well, pour half over the oats mixture whisk well, add the 2nd half, whisk well,
add baking pdr ½ tsp, whisk well.
Pour in a piping bag, cut the end, no nozzle, pipe long line on a baking sheer layered with butter paper
For the 2nd one make small pieces wet your finger tip press the top down to become like popcorn
Bake @ 180 C in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes till crisp.
In a bowl add cream cheese and sour cream roughly equal quantity, garlic pearl 1 crush and finely chop, add some salt, fresh herbs and finely chop both well add to the cream cheese mixture, spread some paprika / little chili pdr and add ½ tsp of olive oil, mix well, serve with your crunchy oats sticks.
