Peach Smoothie

Ingredients for Smoothie: 
 
Peaches - 3 (pitted and quartered) 
 
Milk - 1 1/2 cups (dairy or dairy-free) 
 
Yogurt - 1 cup (dairy or dairy-free) 
 
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp. 
 
Cinnamon - a sprinkle 
 
Ground ginger - a sprinkle 
 
Chia seeds - 2 tbsp. (divided) 
 
Honey - 1 tsp. (or maple syrup) 
 
Method of preparing the Smoothie: 
 
Apart for the chia seeds, add all the other ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth. 
 
Divide the peach smoothie between two Mason jars. Add one tablespoon of chia seeds to them. Add the lid and shake well to combine. Serve immediately.
