semolina 2 tbsp
milk about 500 ml
sugar 6-7 tbsp
strawberry crush 1 tbsp
METHOD
in a pan add milk, semolina, sugar, mix well, keep it on low flame, keep stirring every now and then.
Once it starts to thicken, you've to keep stirring more often.
As I felt it needed more sweet, added strawberry crush and kept stirring till it got thick, spread it on a greased plate to set, cut into desired shape to serve !
ps- my intention wasn't to make this. I thought that my milk had got spoiled, so kept it in the milk vessel to boil, realised it was fine. So, added rava and sugar, mixed well and continued cooking in the same vessel, in stead of shifting to a flat kadai/ pan to cook. Thought I'll get little milk cake/ rabari/ thirattipal as it is called, ended up making this ! So, be innovative friends, I've no hard and fast rules for measurements, honestly I just add things and continue to cook or even when I bake, no measurements !
