EASY PANEER GRAVY

INGREDIENTS
for gravy
tomatoes 3 diced
ginger 1 "
blend these two well, if tomato's seeds are big, you may strain it

butter 1 tbsp
red chili pdr. 1/2 tsp
garam masala pdr. 1/4 tsp
cream 2 tbsp
kasturi methi crushed 1/2 tsp
oil 1 tsp + butter 1 tsp
paneer pieces 1 cup
salt to taste

In a heavy pan, add oil and butter, fry paneer till light brown, drain and keep in the serving bowl
in the same pan,add butter,, add  tomato paste, dry masala powders, mix well, cook on low flame for 4 minutes, remove from gas, add cream salt to taste and fried paneer, mix well, serve garnished with finely chopped dhania leaves with hot rice or roti.

Notes- you may add peas, baby--corn, potatoes along with paneer.
