Ingredients
Milkmaid ¾ tin
besan 1 cup
coconut grated 1 cup
ghee 1 cup
nuts optional
besan 1 cup
coconut grated 1 cup
ghee 1 cup
nuts optional
Method
1) heat ghee in a wok/ kadai, add besan & fry till it becomes light brown.
2) Add milkmaid & coconut, mix well. Stir constantly on a low heat till the mixture thickens & you begin to see traces of ghee on the sides on the kadai.
3) Pour into a greased plate & top with nuts. Cut into pieces when cool.
