Mango kesari ( mango pudding)

INGREDIENTS
for mango puree
mangoes chopped 3/4 cup
sugar 1/3 cup or as per taste
saffron a pinch
cardamom pdr. 1/2 tsp
other ingredients
ghee 3 tbsp
rava 1/2 cup
cashew nuts chopped 1 tbsp
raisins 1 tsp
water 1 1/2 cups

METHOD
1)powder cardamom, add  mango  to make puree , then add sugar, saffron blend to a smooth mixture and keep aside
2) heat little ghee, fry kaju and raisins, drain and keep aside
3) fry rava in the same ghee till a nice aroma comes, add mango puree, mix well, add remaining ghee.
4) heat water in another vessel, add  water to rava, keep mixing on a low flame, so that there are no lumps, cover and keep for 2-3 minutes, till the mixture thickens and is cooked well.
add the roasted nuts and raisins, mix well, serve hot or cold, garnishing with some nuts on top.
