Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
Heat the sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder in a big saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the peanut butter, oats and vanilla extract.
Drop the warm oat mixture by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand for 15 minutes or until the cookies are firm.
