Ingredients

oil 1 tsp
garlic chopped 1 tsp
strawberries finely chopped  1 cup
 sugar   2 tbsp
salt and chili pdr. to taste
ginger pdr. 1/2 tsp
lime juice 1 tbsp

Method
heat oil in a pan, fry garlic till light pink, then add strawberries cook adding sugar, once sugar has melted, add salt, ginger and chili powders, mix well, let it thicken, remove from fire, add lime juice.
cool, you on bread, roti, or as a dip, with chaat. It will last for a couple of days in the fridge, if you make more, you can store in the deep freezer.
