Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 2 cups of ripe pineapple
  • 1 large piece of ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water or chunks of fresh coconuts
Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse blend for about 15-30 seconds. 
Health benefits-
 Peaches help treat joint disorders, such as rheumatism and gout, due to the high levels of vitamin A. Peaches combined with ginger, offers a natural soothing remedy to eliminate discomfort and aches in the joints.
