Ingredients (single serving):
- 1 cup skim milk / milk alternative
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. desiccated coconut
- 1 – 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 heaping tbsp. Goji berries
Blend all the ingredients
until you get a consistent texture, then pour into a tall glass and
sprinkle some desiccated coconut and Goji for decoration.
This quick and easy shake contains
large quantities of fiber, vitamins B, C & E, as well as
beta-carotene, iron, calcium, amino acids and omega 3.
