APPLE CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

apple  3
raisins  3 tbsp
salt little
sugar  2-3 tbsp
chili pdr. 1/2 tsp
water little
mustard seeds 1 tsp
oil  2 tbsp
lime juice of 1 lime or vinegar  1 1/2 tbsp

METHOD
wash, peel, core and chop apples into small pieces
heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, once it crackles, add apple, toss well, add salt, sugar, chili pdr, raisins and water, mix well, let it simmer till thick, add vinegar before removing, let it simmer for another minute. In case, you're using lime juice, remove from gas and add lime juice.

This can be preserved for some days if stored properly in a sterilized bottle. 
This will go well with stuffed rotis or even plain rotis, bread toast, dosa, adai.
