Ingredients
- 1 cup Dates , de-seeded and finely chopped
- 3 Dates , de-seeded and cubed for garnish
- 2 cups Milk , or coconut milk for vegan option
- 1/4 cup condensed milk or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1 tablespoon Cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon Mixed nuts , chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ghee
- METHOD
- To Dates Kheer, de-seed dates and chop them into small pieces. In a mixer, add dates, a cup of milk and grind them into fine paste
- Mix the grounded paste with the remaining cup of milk.
Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and combine them well. - Heat the kheer and bring it to boil.
